We will generally try to send your order within 48 hours of receipt on the days we ship. The exception is during the Christmas Holiday Season. You may experience delays during this busier time. We currently ship orders out Monday through Friday, with this Saturday the 17th being the last day we are shipping on a Saturday. Once your order leaves our factory, we cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the shipping companies. Please contact us for any damaged shipments or melted chocolate, delays, or lost shipments and we will help remedy the situation.
Each order is packed with care in an insulated cool bag with gel packs. If you have a special request for your package, add an order note when checking out and we will do our best to meet your expectations. We can even include a hand-written note upon request!
We ship chocolate anywhere in Hawaii, to the US mainland, and internationally.
Domestic shipping rates:
Please note that UPS does not deliver on the weekends, but FedEx has Saturday delivery to most continental states. No PO boxes, please.
Shipments within Hawaii typically take 1-2 days.
Shipping for Christmas

Our Fulfillment team is working hard to get to as many shipments as possible every day. Saturday the 17th will be the final day we will ship USPS 3-Day Priority Mail. We will be utilizing FedEx 2-Day or UPS 2-Day all next week until Friday the 23rd. There will be no shipping on Christmas Eve (Saturday the 24th).
We do everything in our power to ensure that our chocolate reaches its destination in the the best condition possible. Please order ahead of time as the shipping carriers may experience delays due to the holiday season.
