We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of when our shipping department receives them. Please note that the shipping department operates Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on non-operational days (Friday–Sunday) will be received and processed starting Monday.

This seasonal adjustment helps prevent the possibility of your package being exposed to heat over the weekend while in transit. During warmer months, this may occasionally result in a slight delay in shipping.

Once your order leaves our factory, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. While we are not liable for mis-shipments, delays, or other issues caused by the carrier, we want to ensure your chocolate arrives in the best possible condition.
