We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of when our shipping department receives them. Please note that the shipping department operates Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on non-operational days (Thursday after 11:00AM HST–Sunday) will be received and processed starting Monday. Our shipping carriers pick up before noon and anything ordered after is processed the next day.
During the Christmas Holiday Season, there may be fulfillment delays. Please contact us for any damaged shipments, melted chocolate, delays, or lost shipments and we will help remedy the situation.
Once your order leaves our factory, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. While we are not liable for mis-shipments, delays, or other issues caused by the carrier, we want to ensure your chocolate arrives in the best possible condition. If you experience any shipping issues, please contact us—we’re happy to work with you to resolve the situation.
Each order is packed with care in an insulated liner with water resistant gel packs. If you have a special request for your package, add an order note when checking out and we will do our best to meet your expectations. We can even include a hand-written note upon request!
We ship chocolate anywhere in Hawaii, to the US mainland, and internationally.

This seasonal adjustment helps prevent the possibility of your package being exposed to heat over the weekend while in transit. During warmer months, this may occasionally result in a slight delay in shipping.
Domestic shipping Incentive:
Do not use a PO BOX for shipping destinations to the Continental US: FedEx will not ship to Post Office Boxes. We will need to contact you for an alternate shipping address if a Post Office Box is entered, and it will cause a delay in your shipment.
