By now, you've probably seen how trendy Whipped Coffee, or Dalgona Coffee, has become. Our Sales & Marketing Director Caityn decided it was time she tried it herself-- with the addition of Ku'ia Chocolate sauce, of course! Spoiler alert: she loved it so much that she made it twice in one day!
Ku'ia Whipped Coffee Recipe
Whipped Coffee Ingredients:
2 tbsp hot water
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp instant coffee
Milk, to serve
Ice, to serve
Chocolate Sauce Ingredients:
1/4 cup Ku'ia Dark Chocolate
1/4 cup water
Chocolate Sauce Directions:
1. Boil 1/4 cup of water.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Add in chocolate and whisk until melted.
4. Bring back to medium heat while whisking continuously. When the chocolate starts to thicken and just starts to bubble when not whisking, stop whisking and take pan off heat. Set aside.
Whipped Coffee Directions:
1. Add hot water, sugar, and instant coffee to a bowl.
2. Either hand whisk or use an electric mixter until the mixture is fluffy and light.
3. To serve, spoon a dollop over a cup of milk with ice in it, pour chocolate sauce on top, and stir.
