Kosher chocolate is officially certified to follow requirements of a Kosher diet. Kosher Parve certified food products do not contain meat or dairy. Maui Ku'ia Estate Chocolate is re-certified every year by Chabad of Hawaii.

Why attain Kosher Certification for chocolate?

At first, our CEO sought to get Kosher certification for the mango, guava, and calamansi processed fruits but within that process learned all of our chocolate products used kosher certified ingredients and our manufacturing processes followed kosher guidelines.
