Maui chocolate lovers—are you ready to taste our delicious Ku‘ia Estate Chocolate, because we have great news for you!

Our chocolate factory, retail store and tasting bar may be under construction but we are thrilled to say that our chocolate can now be sampled at Taverna Maui in Kapalua.

The Italian restaurant—and one of our Corporate Partners—recently added Torta di Cioccolato to their menu. It’s a flourless chocolate cake, made with Ku’ia Estate Chocolate 65% Dark (from Costa Esmeraldas Ecuador), served with a Tahitian vanilla sauce, candied hazelnuts and a white chocolate tuille. Yum!

The chocolatey dessert has been generating fantastic feedback and, as we have also tried it (our favorite kind of research) we can tell you it is absolutely divine.
